What you’ll need:
- 1 oz. Stoli Vanil
- ¾ oz. coffee liqueur
- ¾ oz. Irish cream
- 1 oz. gingerbread simple syrup
- 2 oz. half and half
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Next, strain the contents into a martini glass rimmed with gingerbread cookie crumbs. Top the Gingerbread Man Martini with whipped cream. Serve with a gluten-free gingerbread man cookie.
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat for five minutes. Let this mix cool. Store and refrigerate in a sterilized glass jar for up to three days.
