A Pisco sour is amber colored brandy made from fermented grapes in the winemaking regions of Chile and Peru. A 500 year-old delicacy, often served at dinner or as a desert aperitif, the Pisco Sour is most often served straight up; without ice.
What you’ll need:
- 1 ½ oz Pisco
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- ¾ oz simple syrup
Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
