All across the United States, clubs and music fans have been dancing to the blend of hip hop beats of Dirty Pop by DJ Drew G. Influenced by great artists like Van Halen, Shep Pettibon, Pink Flloyd, Chuckie and Deadmau5, Dirty Pop 16 by DJ Drew G, is a fresh, hard take on the music people love. Dirty Pop Vol 16 mixes electro, dance, rock and hip hop melodies into one mainstream sound.
Drew has worked with some of the hottest names in the music industry including Ashanti, Solange, Whitney Houston, Britney Spears, Deborah Cox, Mary J. Blige, and David Archuleta.
“Drew is not just a DJ or Producer – he is a true musician – from rock to house he blends elements from all genres to create a unique sound that he owns, works and that I have the privilege of featuring on my albums,” said R&B/hip-hop singer-songwriter, Mya.
Drew is currently focused on producing the newest album for, set for release later in 2011.
Also in the works are a series of remixes for 2010 Artist of the Year, Lady Gaga.
Drew G has been described as “one of the most sought after talents on the dance music scene,” by Edge Magazine’s Shep Pettibone.
Not only has Drew been the youngest DJ to spin at the Black Party, but he’s played there three separate times. He has also played at other high profile events including the 2008 Presidential Inaugural Dance for Barack Obama, Carnival in Puerto Vallarta and the 2010 Gay & Lesbian Ski Week in Colorado.
Drew currently lives in Los Angeles, California and plays regularly at clubs in West Hollywood.
