Since 2002, Glowbal Collection has been redefining Vancouver’s restaurant experience, and they are about to make history again with the opening of their seventh restaurant opening this weekend, BLACK + BLUE.
The new premium steakhouse is located at 1032 Alberni Street in downtown Vancouver and will serve the largest selection of prime cuts available, from Wagyu to US and Canadian Prime. Keeping in tradition of the other Glowbal Collection restaurants, BLACK + BLUE is will be serving up cocktail concoctions that are a twist on the traditional. And what goes best with steak? How about tableside Caesar salad. Sounds exciting right?
Well it gets even better. Located inside the 240-seat, three-level space is a 12 ft.X12 ft. glass encased meat locker featuring an impressive Himalayan Rock Salt wall. Other architectural features include the Tom Dixon light feature suspended above the centrally located bar, visible from every location in the restaurant, and the gold, bronze, and leather accents.
