There’s nothing better than the taste of a hand-crafted martini, make with fresh and organic products. The Earth-Friendly Martini is one that you will easily fall in love with. Prairie Organic Vodka is made by a co-op of over 900 Minnesota farmers that grow certified organic #2 yellow corn. Each batch is distilled four to six times, giving it a smooth, clean character and taste. The distillery is also eco-friendly because they use leftover corncobs to create biogas energy to power the stills! To make this cocktail extra eco-friendly, add in some locally organically grown cucumbers, limes and mint leaves. Now you’ve got a martini that is earth-friendly and it tastes freak’n amazing!

  • 2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
  • 1 oz of Fresh-Squeezed Juice from Organic Limes
  • 3 slices of Organic Cucumber
  • 6 Organic Mint Leaves
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

Muddle the cucumber, mint and sugar in the bottom of a martini shaker. Add ice, Prairie Organic Vodka, and lime juice. Shake hard until the martini shaker is frosted. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
