It’s an amazing spectacle of underwater life, where creatures swim through an overwhelming 8.5 million US gallons of marine and fresh water.

The Georgia Aquarium is divided into six distinctive areas representing different and unique types of water creatures – from playful dolphins and magnificent beluga whales, to cute little penguins and colourful starfish. Each are is categorized into specific themes, creating fun adventure and learning zones.

There are surprises around every corner. Guests pass by large viewing windows to see brightly coloured fish, look above to see fish swimming over head, and peer through portals to get a glimpse of giant turtles.

Guests can feel like they are standing in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by magnificent giants in one of the two viewing platforms, or feel like they are swimming with the belugas in the two-story observation theatre.
