The culinary scene in Houston is thriving! It’s not all about giant 16oz steaks and potatoes. In fact, Houston has a diverse range of culinary adventures to choose from. For gay men, Sunday Brunch is a tradition. One of Houston’s newest restaurants, Triniti, has one of the best brunches in the city.
Owner and executive chef, Ryan Hildebrand, had a vision to create a dream team of top chefs that could put out a myriad of flavours from sweet to savory, with a fine selection of handcrafted cocktails to compliment any meal. Ryan and his team of chefs go to work each day to prepare a variety of lip-smacking, palette tingling creations.
Of course it wouldn’t be brunch without pitchers of mimosas and Sunday sipping cocktails to go around.
Triniti focuses on new twists of traditional American fare. The brunch menu has everything from healthy choices like Greek yogurt and granola, to homemade pastries, breads and muffins baked fresh daily. Local ingredients are used to make many of the dishes, including the vegetable quiche with greens and brie. The Monkey Bread French Toast is amazing and at least one person at the table needs to order it to share. Whatever you choose, it’s sure to be made fresh, right to order, and have you leaving satisfied.
The open-concept restaurant is very simplistic in design. Wood, metal and concrete compliment each other, while natural light and beautiful chandeliers give the space warmth and character. Guests have the option for dining indoors or on the spacious outdoor patio.
