Fresh Balls; hygiene cream for men with sweaty balls.

How often do you sit around with your friends talking about your sticky, sweaty balls? You know, the kind you get after a good workout at the gym, after running, or from any other sweat-dripping physical activity you’ve been up to in or out of the bedroom. Some guys have the unfortunate situation of having smelly balls. But wait… there are things you can to do to get rid of that awful smell.

Sweating is good. It helps regulate body temperature and removes toxins from the body. Unfortunately, for some guys, their sweat can smell… really bad! The smell of your sweat is a combination of body chemistry and what you eat and drink. If you eat a good diet of fruits, vegetables and low-fat meats, your sweat is generally odorless or sweeter. Guys who eat red meats, processed foods, or who are overweight will generally have unpleasant sweat odor. Simply put, if you want to stop the bad sweat smell, drink more water, eat healthier, and loose lose weight.

Wearing technical fabrics is a great way to help deal with sweat. When working out, choose shirts and shorts made out of materials designed to get the moisture off your body quickly; not only does it help regulate your temperature, but it also reduces chaffing. Clothing that dries quickly also has less odors. Back to your balls and groin area, to keep them drier, try underwear that is made of modal material, like My Pakage, some Andrew Christian styles, or Naked Underwear. Modal is a natural fiber that quickly absorbs moisture. Less moisture means less sweat smell.

If none of these tricks work for you, and you still find that your balls are smelly, try using glycerin soap and deodorant (don’t use antiperspirant because it stops you from sweating). You can also try trimming and shaving your pubic hair to reduce the unpleasant odors. Less hair in the groin area means less opportunity for bacteria to grow.

As a final resort, you can try out a product like Fresh Balls. After you have a shower and dry off completely, squeeze some of the cream into the palm of your hand. Gently rub in onto your balls and groin area. It will eventually turn into a smooth talcum powder type consistency, without all the mess of the powder. Just be aware that this stuff comes in a bright orange and blue tube, so it’s not easy to conceal in the locker room, and some guys might question why you’re fondling yourself at the gym. Guess a guys gotta do what a guys gotta do just to stay fresh. Oh and you don’t want to have this stuff all over you if you’re going to have a romantic encounter afterwards because it doesn’t taste too great either. Plan ahead! Two tubes are just $24.99 CDN and should be enough to get you through at least a few months.

Hopefully these tips will help you beat the ball sweat and put an end to your days of having swamp ass and crotch rot.
