Paloma CocktailIt’s getting deep into the heart of winter and it’s no surprise that in some parts of Canada and the United States are already tired of winter and ready for a tropical vacation. In Mexico, the Paloma cocktail is a popular choice. Made with blanco tequila and grapefruit, it’s a refreshing beach drink. While it can be made with a grapefruit pop, it’s better made with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and a splash of club soda.

  • 1.5 oz Tequila
  • 2.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 2.5 oz Club Soda

Combine all ingredients into a shaker half filled with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a salt-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
