The organizers of World Pride 2014 in Toronto did an excellent job curating a list of Canadian performers and acts to entertain throughout the 10 day celebration. On Friday, June 26, Ontario’s very own FeFe Dobson took to the TD Welsley Main Stage showcasing her hardcore Canadian attitude.
The Canadian punk-rock singer and songwriter and Juno-award nominee had the crowds buzzing with energy as she dominated the stage in her black leather jacket and smoky eyes. She sang for over 30 minutes, featuring songs from each of her albums.
During her performance she mounted the speaker boxes, told stories, and during the peak of her performance jumped off stage and into the crowd.
FeFe Dobson is set to release her fourth album in 2014. In August 2013 she released Legacy, which will be the lead track from the upcoming album, titled Firebird. Earlir this year she released the single, Celebrate, and then In Better Hands, in honour of the 2014 Canadian Olympic Team competing in Sochi Russia.
