Vancouver Fog cocktail, featuring Stoli Vanil vodkaAutumn is just around the corner. The days are slowly getting shorter, the wet weather is about to set in, and in the mornings the valleys and low-laying areas are filled with a blanket of thick fog. But atlas, a solution. In the morning, enjoy a London Fog from Starbucks, and in the evening relax with a Vancouver Fog. Might as well make the best of a bad situation, right?

  • 1 oz Stoli Vanil Vodka
  • 2 oz Early Grey Infused Whisky
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • Half and Half

Pour vodka, infused whiskey and simple syrup into a martini shaker half full of ice. Shake for 20 seconds, until the shaker begins to frost. Strain into a glass and top with half and half.

To make the Earl Grey infused whisky; pour the whisky into a  sterilized pint jar. Add two Earl Grey teabags. Let stand for one hour. Remove the teabags. Refrigerate for up to seven days.
