- 1 oz The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
- 1 oz Apple Juice
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Canadian Maple Syrup
- Ginger Ale
Fill a martini shaker half full of ice. Add in The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky, apple and lemon juices, and Canadian maple syrup. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a fresh apple slice.
