This role playing scene can often border on a fetish, depending on the person. Some people just like the idea of getting it on with a doctor/nurse, but others can take their medical fascination to a deeper level, and are primarily aroused by all things medical. But if you are just interested in this for fun, and to spice up your sex life, here are a few tips on how to do so.

Looking the Part

Costumes are a big part of role playing. In order to really get into the scene, you can invest in some gear. You can find scrubs in most large department stores, as well as some minor medical tools to help you play doctor. Since most people have been going to the doctor since birth, passible medical terminology is easy to fake. There is no reason to go into hardcore preparation for this, as it is not the main focus.

Faux Physical

After you’ve prepared and gotten into costume, now it’s time to play doctor. Unlike when you were younger, this imaginary visit to the doctor will result in more than just seeing if your leg really kicks when you get tapped on the knee. The physical is a great starter scenario, as the main purpose is for the “doctor” to inspect your body.

Fetish Pairing

When exploring medical role play you can explore a host of other fetishes that blend with it well, such as sounding—the act of inserting a metal rod into the penis; or fisting, which can be the result of a prostate exam that’s gone farther than anticipated, with elbow length rubber gloves.

Sexual Hypnosis

This one can be fun if you’re extra freaky, and want to try something new. If you’ve ever seen someone being hypnotized, they usually go under and are asked to perform certain tasks—and they often remember nothing upon awakening. Obviously, you won’t really be hypnotizing one another, but pretending to be under the influence can be just as much fun. The doctor can instruct you to perform various sexual acts while you’re under his spell, and you have to comply with whatever he tells you.

The only limit to medical role play is your own imagination. You can plan out various scenarios on your own and then surprise your partner, having them play along without knowing what to expect. That can make it more exciting. So what are you waiting for? Turn your head and cough…
