The 2015 Ford Escapea

It’s a great feeling to get up early on a Saturday morning, head out on the highway with a group of friends, knowing you’re about to spend the day relaxing out at the lake. You look forward to enjoying a lazy day paddling around the lake, trolling for rainbow trout, soaking in the sun, and snacking non-stop on all your favourite road-trip treats. It’s a day in heaven. Sometimes you just need to Ford Escape!

The 2015 Ford Escapea

The new 2015 Ford Escape is exactly what you need to get away,  enjoy some good times, and go on a road trip. It seats five, so you can bring a whole crew of friends with you. Plus the back cargo hold can store all your day gear so everyone will be comfortable for the ride.

On the open highway, the Ford Escape is a smooth ride, gracefully gliding up the hills with power to spare. Just be careful on the corners, it’s a short wheel-base SUV, so it’s not a race car, you need to slow-down and not be reckless; remember, you’re enjoying the drive to your destination.

The drive is enjoyable because of all the driver comforts. Heated seats make it easier to get in and going, especially on cold mornings. The MyFord Touch has a bit eight-inch touch screen in the centre of the dash with navigation, entertainment, phone and environment controls, all at your fingertips. Plus the driver’s seat has multiple electric adjustments including the ever-popular lumbar support, which is essential for long drives. A glass roof with sliding sunroof let’s the natural sunlight and fresh air flow in to the vehicle, but well designed so it does ruin your freshly styled hair.

You’re friends will have just as much fun. The MyFord Touch sound system has nine speakers throughout the interior cabin, so everyone gets to enjoy the music in comfort. If they don’t want to listen to your Bluetooth connected iPhone they can just plug their phone into the USB jack in the centre console, and presto, instant music control!

Not only are you cruising in comfort, but also in style. The 17” alloy wheels against the soft curves and popping accessories make it look like a luxury SUV, but on a budget you know you can afford.

Overall, the 2015 Ford Escape is a beautiful SUV you would be proud to own and drive. It’s suitable for every day city driving but still fun enough that you can take it off-road and up to the cabin for weekend getaways.
