If you’re going to the gym and lifting weights, and not supplementing with protein, you’re not going to have any benefit and you’re just wasting your time. Your body requires protein both before and after a work-out to build and repair muscles. Pre work-out, you need to consume about 10 grams of protein and some carbs. Carbs raise your insulin levels, slowing down the breakdown of protein in your muscles. Most importantly, you won’t be using stored protein for energy. Post work-out you should consume another 15-25 grams of protein to help muscles repair and strengthen faster. For an extra boost, try taking amino acids, like Monster from CytoSport, which give a boost to muscle recovery.

  • 1 oz Raspberri Stolichnaya Vodka
  • 1 oz Blueberri Stolichnaya Vodka
  • 1 oz Strawberry Puree
  • 2 oz Strawberry Muscle MLK

Fill a shaker half full of ice. Add in Raspberri Stolichnaya Vodka, Blueberri Stolichnaya Vodka, strawberry puree, and Strawberry Muscle MLK. Shake well for 20 seconds, until the outside of the container begins to frost. Pour into a glass half-filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or mint. 15
