1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 3/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp Orange Marmalade
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Honey
- 1 Egg White
Place ingredients into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Shake for about 20 seconds, until the outside of the shaker begins to frost. Strain into a glass and garnish with fresh lemon peel.
