The Autumn Gin and TonicAs the days get cooler the leaves on the trees are bursting into bright yellows, oranges, and reds, making for picture-perfect moments at almost every turn. Autumn is such a fantastic time of year. Incorporate the colours of the season in a festive cocktail, the Autumn Gin and Tonic. The zing of citrus and snap of tartness balance beautifully off the organic notes of gin, giving a fresh, seasonal twist on the classic gin and tonight cocktail.

  • 1 Large Fresh Orange Rind Strip
  • 10 Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 oz Premium Gin
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • Tonic

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle orange rind, cranberries, and sugar. Add a cup of ice, gin, and orange juice. Shake mildly for about 15-20 seconds. Strain into a collins glass and top with tonic. Garnish with fresh cranberries.
