It’s the dead middle of winter. You have a group of friends coming over to enjoy an evening of cocktails and conversation. Everything is set, from bite-size canapés to quiet jazz music playing softly in the background. You’ve put on your favourite shirt and best jeans. As guests start to arrive, you know it’s going to be an exciting evening.

While you could serve a classic cocktail at your winter evening soirée, as the host of the party you want a drink that is fast and easy to make, but is as complex and sophisticated as your guests. Introducing the Winter Symphony. This cocktail captures the complex seasonal flavours, with layers of mint, anise, and citrus, while held together by the slightest touch of absinthe, rounding out the experience.

Make your winter evening cocktail party a memorable one by serving your guests a winter gin cocktail, the Winter Symphony.
