The world’s premiere dance festival, White Party Palm Springs, has been completely re-imagined for 2016. The long standing event, which takes place April 8-11 in Palm Springs, California, is an essential event for gay men, attracting over 30,000 over the course of the weekend. White Party Palm Springs has been a long time innovator in circuit parties, and this year will prove to be no different.
There are eight official events throughout the weekend, with the Saturday night White Party event being the signature event. It is this Saturday night party where party goers go all out, wearing elaborate and over-the-top all-white outfits.
For 2016, event organizers have taken the event to an entire new level, giving it a fresh new feel. Still hosted at the Palm Springs Convention Centre, the main event has been transformed into a 10-hour dance marathon. The event kicks off with an all-new illuminated entrance.
Inside, a multi-level dance environment awaits, with a massive dance floor, LED lighting system, state-of-the-art sound, and spectacular video, visual, and special effects, all taking the event to new heights. It’s an experience like never been imaged before.
There is an incredible line-up of 16 international DJ’s scheduled, plus the winner of the WP DJ contest, Rico Alexis. Erika Jayne is expected to perform at the Sunday Sunset T-Dance, the second largest event of the weekend, now featuring two ferris wheels and a special surprise headline performance.
Tickets for White Party Palm Springs, including VIP passes, weekend passes, and single event tickets are still available. There are three official White Party Palm Springs host hotels, including the Renaissance Hotel; each hotel has a three night minimum and special event rates starting from $219 per night.
