After undergoing a $15 million renovation, Sound Academy, now named 11 Polson Pier, in the heart of downtown Toronto, is about to open its doors to welcome thousands of the hottest gay men for the annual Prism Festival weekend. The freshly renovated super club will hold the signature Prism Festival event, LeLeche, a premier dance party, part of the Matinee global music festival series.
Prism Festival has a long and proud history of producing incredible events during the Toronto Pride weekend. It is now the largest gay music festival in Canada.
“This is a game changer for Toronto nightlife,” said Prism Festival producer, Gairy Brown. “I was completely blown away. We are honoured to be able to present this venue at our festival this year.”
The renovations will elevate and enhance the Prism Festival experience, which will make use of the main room, mezzanine, and cabana areas. The multi-million dollar super club renovation means of the beloved Toronto venue means attendees can expect world-class lighting, sound, and special effects.
Now, LeLeche, one of the hottest and sexiest circuit party events is combined with one of the top ten super clubs in the world. It’s going to be an incredible night of epic proportion as Prism Festival 2016 elevates to a brand new level.
