The single most important weekend of the gay year is upon us! Vancouver Pride 2016 this weekend, and with more events and festivities lined up than ever before it is almost impossible to decide where to grace with your leather/glitter clad presence.

Big Roger Events is the leading producer of circuit events in Vancouver. This year they are packing he gaygenda with five incredible events. Each of the events are located in different areas of the city, which help expand your horizons, explore the city, and get out of your comfort zones and into venues that are traditionally the domain of hetero party-goers.

Friday pm July 29th: BootCamp

This year, one of the most infamous pride parties from Prism Events in Toronto, will be invading Vancouver’s FiveSixty nightclub for an outrageous events that will be featuring superstar DJ Eddie Martinez, an opening set by Vancouver’s own Landon James and a performance from none other than gay porn actor, Christian Power.

Saturday am July 30th: Sin

Didn’t get enough at Bootcamp? Of course not! Head to the official Bootcamp after party and get ready to sin sin sin. The hottest new DJ on the circuit, DJ Luis Perez from NYC, will the turning up the sin-factor and a dark tribal flirtation with temptation and indulgence! This will be the biggest gay after hours event on Friday night during Vancouver Pride, and it is going to be the most deliciously wicked.

Saturday pm July 30th: Glitter

The absolute signature pride party from Big Roger Events is moving to an even bigger venue in order to meet demand. The spectacular Imperial Vancouver is one of Vancouver’s top private event venues – with incredible sound, a massive projection screen and a huge stage for the evenings entertainment. Starting out with a special opening set from the Vancouver favorite, DJ Del Stamp, the evening will then be taken further by Tel Aviv’s very own international hit maker, Yinon Yahel.

Sunday am July 31st: Play

What night would be complete without a suitably sinful after party at which to continue the antics? Come out and play! You asked for it – Mat Ste-Marie(Toronto) returns to Vancouver after rave reviews for his New Years day set! Also on deck we have Master DJ/Producer Alyson Calagna, famous for her globally influenced, progressive, and distinct sound. As pride Saturdays only major after party event it’ll be the perfect place to flirt, have fun, get mischievous and play!

Sunday, August 1: Trouble T-Dance

This year will see the return of the 16th Annual Trouble T-Dance, which will be moving to the stunning South Beach-themed Cabana Lounge and the adjoining newly renovated Sidecar. See how much trouble you can get into while sipping signature cocktail and dancing the night away under the glowing Acacia tree to a soundtrack from Trouble’s resident DJ Vancouver Phenom DJ Quest!
