Winter Tom CollinsSit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful times of the winter season. While the snow falls outside, there’s nothing better than enjoy a few cocktails with friends. The Winter Tom Collins cocktail is a fantastic choice to serve friends. While each ingredient on it’s own has a relatively neutral flavour, when mixed together create a wonderful and dynamic taste, rich in texture, and one that will last on the palette. While there are a number of ingredients, this is a super fast cocktail to make. It’ll have your guests wanting to stay just a short while longer, to enjoy just one more; anything to avoid having to go out into the cold to shovel the snow, bring in the firewood, or take the dog for a walk.

  • 2 oz Stoli Premium Vodka
  • ½ oz pear liqueur
  • 1 oz pear puree
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz honey syrup

Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a slice of pear and cinnamon.
