Spring SmashYou’ve made it through a third of the spring season and you want to celebrate end of the month. Once you’ve gotten through April, you can indulge in this drink to let everyone know how you smashed it in the office.

When making spring cocktails at home, keep it simple, quick and fabulous, so that’s exactly what Spring Smash cocktail all about. It’s basically all just smash, shake, and pour.

  • 1 ¼ oz gin
  • 6 mint leaves
  • quarter lemon
  • 2 seedless green grapes
  • ¼ green apple
  • 1/3 oz simple syrup

Place muddle mint, grapes, lemon, apple, and syrup in a shaker, then add gin and fill with ice. Shake, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple slice, mint sprig, or grape.

Enjoy and drink responsibly.
