Out of the drag queen ashes, a new phoenix has risen. DawnLi D’Luzon—the husband of RuPaul’s Drag Race star Manila Luzon—has been born and a special treat is in store for all Homoculture readers: a chance to see DawnLi’s premiere debut video before anyone else. DawnLi D’Luzon is a Drag Queen superstar in the making. Gentlemen: fasten your seat belts because a new drag star is born, and her name is DawnLi D’Luzon.
Created as a concept idea in which Manila Luzon and Pablo Vittar had a drag love child, DawnLi D’Luzon premiered at the filming of the season 10 finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race and at LA Pride, and is continuing to make the rounds in the queer community as the emergence of Manila Luzon’s darker half and alter ego. She andPablo Vittar matched at LA Pride sporting yellow & red and were serving fierce fashion that even Michelle Visage approved of.
Gunning for a spot on Drag Race season 12, hopes to be a trendsetter and someone people talk about. Hoping to connect people from Brazil to the streets of West Hollywood, DawnLi is unforgettable and fun. Some people might describe the alter ego of Manila, “messy AF”, and DawnLi would smile in achievement, knowing people were talking about her and helping her star rise to fame. Meanwhile, DawnLi D’Luzon’s main mission is to be proud of who she is and make an impact on the world.
DawnLi is ready to take the world by storm. She’s already worked with some top producers and a director to release new music in the coming months. As an artist, DawnLi D’Luzon is looking to make people dance and have a good time. As an official kick off and introduction into the crazy cool world of Ms. D’Luzon, the drag queen is releasing her debut music video exclusively on Homoculture.
The premiere of her first song as a new artist will have all the gays gagging for more and will be an official song of the summer. Don’t be surprised if you end up falling in love with DawnLi D’Luzon—she is counting on making a splash and making a name for herself as the next drag superstar to be on the lookout for.
