No one wants to spend all day cooking in the kitchen when it’s such a beautiful day. If you are wanting to enjoy the rest of the summer and eat healthy, it’s easy. With just a few simple ingredients, you can prepare an easy onion crusted salmon meal which is both healthy and delicious.

What you will need:
- Salmon fillet
- Package of dry onion soup mix
- Sliced lemons
In a small bowl, stir the mayonnaise with the preferred spices or seasonings (garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a bit of seasoning salt tastes really good). Place in a low height pan and then lightly brush the fillets or steaks with the mayonnaise, even the sides. Sprinkle onion soup mix seasoning over top. Place the lemon slices in the pan to add moisture and flavour. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta, and a fresh slice of lemon.
