If you are obsessed with queer pop culture and have always wanted to have a chance to meet your favorite drag queen celebrity performers and contestants from a certain competition show featuring the best female impersonators, now here is your chance. Gentlemen (and ladies): start your engines! The ladies from RuPaul’s Drag Race season 11 are headed to a city near you.
The official RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 11 Tour is kicking off, heading down the North American runway on Sunday, May 26, at RuPaul’s DragCon, in Los Angeles. The tour will then continue on to 16 cities across America and Canada, and will include all 15 of the season 11 star drag queens, culminating at DragCon in NYC September 6, 2019. Presented by World of Wonder, the Emmy award-winning company behind Drag Race, and Voss events, The Official RuPaul’s Drag Race: Season 11 tour will be a sickening showcase of your recent favorite queens.
Drag Race judge with the moistest, Michelle Visage, will helm the Los Angeles and NYC tour stops, and season 10’s Asia O’Hara will be the host of the Season 11 tour. All the season 11 Queens including A’keria Chanel Davenport, Ariel Versace, Brooke Lynn Hytes, Honey Davenport, Kahanna Montrese, Mercedes Iman Diamond, Nina West, Plastique Tiara, Ra’Jah O’Hara, Scarlet Envy, Shuga Cain, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, Soju, Vanessa “Vanjie” Mateo, and Yvie Oddly sashay across Canada and the US.
According to Michelle Visage, the “Category is: slay that runway!” The judge is thrilled to bring the queens from season 11 to a performance hall near you. Here is a list of the 15 additional cities the 15 fabulous queens, plus O’Hara and Visage, will be working it in:
