Ladies and ladies: it’s apple season! Well,it’s harvest season in general but the apples are in abundance. You can have more than just the apple-bottomed jeans and the boots with the fur: you can have the whole damn apple pie, too! It’s apples, apples, apples this fall.
While apple crisp, cider, sauce, and slices are all delightful treats, apples and apple juice help make spectacular cocktails. Hints of cinnamon and spice dial up the flavors for apple cocktails, while pairing well with whiskey and bourbons.
You know what they say: An apple a day keeps the doctor a-gay! Or is it away? Either way, apples are delicious, have a lot of fiber, vitamins, and nutrients, and are the flavor of fall. Move over Pumpkin Spice: the Spiked Apple Cider is the official autumn adult beverage.

- 1 oz Canadian whiskey
- Apple cider
Cut the top of the apple, and using a melon baller, carefully carve out the core, creating an edible apple cup. Pour in whiskey and top with apple cider.
