Oooooo… autumn is here! The season to fill up our cornucopias is upon us. No—not your corn hole…cornucopias! That French horn-looking basket of food offers should be plentiful during the autumn harvest season.

With the autumn harvest comes the bounty of the season to cook, bake, and cocktail your heart away with fresh, local ingredients! Farm to table doesn’t have to be a concept limited to your local patisserie or woke restaurant. You can be your own farm to table cocktail aficionado!

Just head to your local farmer’s market, pick up some local, healthy ingredients, and mix up some out-of-this-world fresh recipes. For starter, shake up some delicious Autumn Harvest cocktails. Made with the freshest of ingredients, you’ll taste that local goodness in every sip with the Autumn Harvest: a cocktail celebration of the harvest season.

  • 1 plum 
  • ½ oz lemon juice 
  • 2 tbsp thyme simple syrup 
  • Prosecco 

In a shaker glass, muddle plum, thyme simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and plum slices.
