- 1 plum
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 tbsp thyme simple syrup
In a shaker glass, muddle plum, thyme simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and plum slices.
