Sam Smith’s new album is To Die For

It’s To Die For! Pop music’s biggest queer artist is releasing their new album this May. Academy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and global superstar Sam Smith is set to put out “To Die For,” Smith’s first album since 2017’s “The Thrill of It All.”

Sam Smith is on top of the world. 2019 gave us two epic Smith hits: “How Do You Sleep?” and how fab collab with Normani: “Dancing With a Stranger,” which has stacked up two billion plus streams worldwide, has sold more than 10 million units, and reached Platinum sales status in 19 countries, including America, where it went platinum twice.

Sam Smith, who prefers to go by they, them, and their pronouns, and who has come out as gender non-binary, won the Oscar for Best Original Song for the James Bond motion picture Spectre, entitled “The Writing’s on the Wall.” Now, they’ve released new singles, including the title track, for their upcoming album: “To Die For,” recorded NBC with Jimmy Napes and Stargate, who also collaborated with Smith on 2017’s “Too Good At Goodbyes,” Smith has also released the official video, having teamed up with Grant Singer (The Weekend, Lorde), who was also the director for video for “How Do You Sleep?” video.

“To Die For” is available for pre-order now in digital formats. Upon downloading, fans will immediately receive “To Die For,” plus “How Do You Sleep?”, the Sam Smith cover of Donna Summer’s epic hit “I Feel Love,” “Fire on Fire” (from the Watership Down soundtrack) and a copy of “Dancing with a Stranger.” 

The winner of four Grammy’s, a Golden Globe, and Oscar, and a Brit Award, Sam Smith’s new album “To Die For” is available for pre-order now.
