Easter is the holiday that celebrates new beginnings. It’s at the beginning of Spring, and supposedly the end of all of last year’s sins, assuming you have been on your best behavior this last month. The great thing about having a clean slate is you get to go through all the fun of dirtying it up again. Yes, there’s a reason the Easter bunny brings chocolate – you know he can’t be up to anything good. 

This Easter Egg cocktail has absolutely everything decadent in it, so that you can start spring off right – by getting down and dirty. Any cocktail that makes use of two different types of ice cream, coffee liqueur, and blackcurrant liqueur is going to be intense. 

Hop to it. This is an amazing cocktail. 

  • 1 oz blackcurrant liqueur 
  • ¾ oz coffee liqueur 
  • 1 oz cream 
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream 
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream 

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a wine glass.
