Visibly showcasing your participation during Pride Month will be truly important this year, as a show of symbolic solidarity. While all the parties may be canceled, that doesn’t mean the fun will be. Preparing these Stoli Pride Shots is a great way to get into the party spirit. Plus, we all have the time for a project!

There are plenty of ways to fly your Pride flag—literally out one of your windows, or by engaging creatively with your family, friends and community. You might consider decorating your sidewalk with some chalk art or wearing your pride shirt to the grocery store while socially distancing. These multi-layer rainbow Stoli Pride Shots are a simple and fun way to show the world that love is love, and that all love should be celebrated.

  • 1 ¾ cups lemonade
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1 ¼ cups Stoli Premium
  • ¼ cup almond liqueur
  • 3 tsp sweetened condensed milk
  • Food coloring
  • Frosting
  • Sprinkles

To make these shots, you will need to make multiple small batches of gelatin. Each batch will be a different color of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green blue, violet). For vibrant color, use 4 drops per batch.

Spray muffin pans with cooking spray and wipe clean with a paper towel. This will help removing the shots after they have set, without leaving a taste or altering the appearance. Alternatively, you can use wax-lined paper cups.

For the gelatine, pour lemonade into a small saucepan. Sprinkle with gelatin. Heat over low, stirring constantly until the gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in Stoli Premium, almond liqueur, and the sweetened condensed milk. The ingredients above should be proportionately divided to make the six smaller batches.

Spoon 1 teaspoon of red colored gelatin mixture into each muffin space. Refrigerate until set, but still sticky, about 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining colors, setting for 5 minutes between subsequent layers.

Refrigerate overnight to allow all the layers to set and bond. To serve, loosen around the edges of each muffin space or peel away the wax paper cup. Top with frosting and decorate with colored sprinkles.
