This Classic Gin Fizz is a blast from the past, but while the recipe may be vintage, it’s also timeless.

It’s amazing how a few simple ingredients and a cocktail shaker can transport you to yesteryear. If you haven’t attempted this recipe before, don’t let any more time pass you by.

Also, who doesn’t love a maraschino cherry? They’re practically camp. As they say, you can’t go past a classic!

  • 2 oz gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 oz club soda

Pour gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
