Ready, aim, wtf? Are you done already? The banana didn’t even touch the peach. Oh well. Next time then. Fortunately for you, we’re about to make the next time unforgettable!

Let’s face it: Premature ejaculation sucks. It kills the sexual vibe even before the game starts. It’s also pretty common. According to some medical studies, premature ejaculation (PE, in short) affects up to 39 percent of men at one point in their lives. Mayo Clinic pegs that figure at one in every three men at certain points in their lives.

So, what’s PE, what are its causes, and how can the FleshJack help you develop stamina and improve your sex game? We have all the juicy details below.

What is premature ejaculation?

Loosely defined, premature is frequently cumming too soon. Well, how soon is too soon?

According to estimates, it takes an average of around five-and-a-half minutes for the typical male to ejaculate during coitus.

However, everyone is wired differently. As a result, the definition of premature ejaculation expands to include “ejaculating before a person wishes it.” That varies enormously between individuals and couples.

While PE occurs for various reasons, there is no single factor that researchers can agree on. Sometimes it happens automatically – for absolutely no reason. Most males have ejaculated sooner than they wished at one point in their lives – and that’s completely normal and no cause for alarm.

The issue arises when it’s a recurring affair.

Regardless, most researchers agree that some factors contribute more to premature ejaculation. These include:

  • Performance anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress and other relationship issues
  • Prostate and thyroid problems
  • Use of recreational drugs
  • Super sensitivity in some men

Most times, a physician diagnoses a person as having PE if they have one or a few of these symptoms:

  1. Ejaculation immediately after penetration (within 30 seconds to a minute)
  2. Difficulty preventing ejaculation during sex and other sex-related activities.
  3. Feelings of anxiety and disappointment about their sexual performance because of PE, including avoiding sexual activity.

How to overcome premature ejaculation

Relax, it’s normal

Nature, in its infinite, efficient wisdom, designed you to cum fast. It probably had quick procreation and propagation of the species as its primary plan. Indeed, if you look at our closest animal relatives, the chimps, they sometimes get it done and dusted in under 10 seconds.

PE becomes an issue because sex isn’t just procreational for humans. It’s recreational too. We have sex for fun, which means you need to last a little longer to satisfy your partner. However, knowing that takes off some of the pressure.

Give it time

Often, premature ejaculation resolves on its own. Perhaps the issues that contribute to your PE, such as stress or depression, eventually clear, and subconsciously, your brain resets your ejaculation timing.

Other techniques to stop premature ejaculation

“Start-Stop” technique – This works as it sounds. If you come close to ejaculating during sex (or while masturbating), stop, give yourself time to relax, and then start again when the wave to ejaculate ebbs.

Squeeze technique – Squeeze the penis area between the shaft and glans as you approach ejaculation. You can do this for about 30 seconds. This technique helps you delay orgasms a few times during sex and last longer.

Masturbation before sex – Many men find this strategy effective in delaying ejaculation during sex. You are less likely to cum again during the refractory period, which gives you enough time to satisfy your partner.

I often use the start-stop technique mentioned above. Getting myself out of the mood briefly, without losing my erection, also has helped me.

I’ve found that concentrating on my breathing has helped me sometimes when it comes to trying to prevent premature ejaculation. Keeping my breathing pace slow and relaxed.
I’ve also found that edging myself can help myself as well, pushing myself to my limit then slow breathing and repeating the process again.

I make sure I’m rock hard before entering the bottom. Then to delay orgasm, focus on the bottom and pleasing him to distract my senses a bit.

If you on a regular basis do some kegel exercises will
Tighten your muscles, hold for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row.
    It has helped me.

My tried-and-true method is to service my partner until I bring myself down. So, whenever I get close and I feel like it’s too soon, I pull out and perform oral on my partner. This way I can get them as close as possible to cuming as well and if we both get our Big O at the same time then it’s perfect. I may even try to get them to cum first, so that when I come quickly after, they know it’s because of how sexy and alluring they are.

I don’t even have a technique. If I accidentally cum too fast I just apologize and that’s it. Plus my partner isn’t normal, it takes him forever to cum so it’s not fair either way. I tried using toys on him to compensate if I cum early but that does nothing for me. Am I selfish AND broken?? I need help.

Honestly, being honest with your partner is the best thing you can do. If you open up you can talk about it and they could even help you with your problem. Also concentrating on the activity, because you could also loose breath if you go too extreme.

Deep breathing/erotic breathing has been a great way to build stamina. I combine that with a timer I set in increments of 10 (10, 20, 30, working up to a minute). So for 10 seconds I focus on my breathing and masturbate continuously until the time is up. Repeat that process until I can work up to a minute, nonstop. Also just listening and trusting your body is a great way to learn your limits! Where’s your limit of no return? Where’s your almost there point? Where’s your happy medium? All of which you can find by exploring and trusting your body, rather than beating yourself up or getting frustrated simply because you cum earlier than other folks! AND! Don’t forget, everyone cums at different times! Go easy on yourself! It’s just as sexy to communicate with your partner and let them know your stamina, that way you can work together for an intimate experience you can BOTH enjoy. No pressure, no problem!

A technique I use is to switch back and forth between fucking him and then eating his ass or sulking his cocktail. Make him my focus if I feel I’m about to cut. Another way is to tell him to lick on my balls or my hole if I feel I would cut quickly from a bj. Lots of giving rather than focusing my my cock and instant pleasures.

    1) Don’t be too hard on yourself. Many guys cum fast, and many people enjoy having sex with guys who come fast.
    2) Get to know how your body reacts. Practicing edging by yourself, learning to spot when you’re about to cum and using toys like a Fleshjack can be great ways to become more comfortable with your body and to build your stamina.
    3) Relax. Being tensed/nervous can trigger premature ejaculation. Try breathing exercises, or try to focus on something in your surroundings (object, sound, sensation…) that calms you down and helps lower your stage fright.
    4) Communication. Sexual partners are rarely on the same tempo, so the best way to stay synced is to talk about it. A simple “hold on, I’m getting close” can signal to your partner that you need to take a little break or switch positions/roles. The start stop method is a good example.
    5) Have fun and don’t take it too seriously! 🙂

The way I prevent premature ejaculation is edging. If I feel I’m gonna cum I just either slow down or stop and I don’t cum.

Cock rings during foreplay really excite the system before any premature ejaculation occurs. Being able to entice all the other parts of the body really spices things up in he bedroom

I love teasing my frenulum with a lubed finger or a vibrating toy. I bring myself close over and over, and try like hell not to cross that line and blow my load before I’m ready. Not only does this technique feel amazing, but it helps me prolong my jack sessions, and almost always results in my blowing a huge load!

I thought most bottoms just wanted the load and to leave. But seriously, breathing helps and taking care of business before having company over can also help with a delay but practice makes perfect.

If I am close, switch it up – change position or something and that usually resets, or someone is getting two loads 😈

I hold off prematurely ejaculating by putting less focus on the head of my cock and working the lower half of my cock. Just below my curcim scar and less on the head and tip.

Hmmm… weird thing is that I am one of those types who doesn’t even precum, and so thankfully I have yet to experience premature ejaculation. If I’m done with what I’m doing, let it go! Otherwise, nipple twists! Lol
