This mint and lime-flavored protein cocktail can replenish your body after a tough workout. The alcohol counteracts the results of working out – so one cancels out the other, really, leaving you relaxed.

For those still working on summer bodies, this cocktail can help by providing much-needed proteins. You get healthier and still have a little fun along the way.

Life is mostly about moderation. You can enjoy just about anything if you don’t overdo it. Too much alcohol affects your health. Be healthy and take all things in moderation. Make good choices and remember: Have fun.


  • 1 oz rum
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Crushed ice

Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with fresh mint.
