We have all been eagerly waiting for summer to arrive. The weather is heating up, and it’s the perfect time to spend with your friends or family outside. There are so many things that make summer great: ice cream, sunny days by the beach, backyard barbecues, hikes in the mountains, Pride, and holiday celebrations! Now that the COVID-19 health restrictions are finally starting to ease in many jurisdictions, we are all ready to enjoy summer to the fullest. 

But what about those hot days when all you want to do is stay inside and relax? If you need a tasty treat to keep you cool this summer, then check out these five delicious snacks that will satisfy your taste buds while also helping beat the heat! Check out these colorful summer recipes below.

Melt In Your Mouth Snacks for A Pride-Filled Summer

1. Rainbow Rolls with Ginger Peanut sauce
