With the festive season beckoning, that can only mean one thing; let the celebrations begin. As you plan that brunch party or outdoor barbecue, have some festive bubbly cocktails to go with it. Think of a cocktail that will liven up the occasion. One that will make your brunch party perfect.

A cocktail like the classic French 75 but with a pomegranate twist. As far as holiday cocktails go, the Pomegranate French 75 stands out as one of the most preferred drinks. It has a fruity and slightly floral flavour as well as a bit of tartness from the pomegranate.

The pomegranate liqueur adds a beautiful color to the cocktail, while the pomegranate seeds look like precious jewels in your drink. It is a must-have cocktail, particularly for the Christmas or New Year’s Eve celebration.

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Prosecco

Shake grin, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a flute glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Enjoy and drink responsibly.
