Brian Webb is the owner and editor-in-chief of HomoCulture. He is also a celebrity social influencer, advocate for LGBT rights, and a winner of the prestigious Mr. Gay Canada – People’s Choice award.
Brian has a passion for discovering and sharing special, life-defining moments, coupled with an amazing storytelling ability. In 2003, Brian began publishing content on various online platforms to tell his personal stories, and to advocate for the gay community. After experiencing exponential growth and a vision for a dynamic resource site for the gay community, HomoCulture was born.
The drive behind HomoCulture lies in Brian’s personal interest in increasing worldwide awareness of the rights and values of the LGBT community. Drawing from his personal experiences and delivering timely, relevant, and authentic content, Brian has created an environment through HomoCulture where readers from all walks of life can come together to learn, experience, engage, and trust.
A social butterfly, Brian is known for making regular appearances at Pride parades, festivals, street fairs, competitions, circuit parties, and LGBT-friendly destinations. You can find him on a stop or two of the HomoCulture Tour.
Originally from the beautiful Okanagan Valley, Brian now lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. His interests outside of HomoCulture include physical fitness, creating and enjoying fabulous cocktails, traveling, photography, and drag shows.
