It’s a dark and stormy night, and you’re sipping on your favourite drink: a hot cup of coffee. But then you hear a knock at the door. You open it up to see three people standing there—two men and a woman—and they all have the same question: “Would you like to come with us?”
You know what? You could say no, but that would be rude. So you say yes. You follow them out into the rain and down into an underground bar where they buy you a drink called an Espresso Martini.
And when they pour it in front of you, it tastes exactly like your favourite cup of coffee! It’s sweet and creamy, but with a bit of bitterness that makes it perfect for winding down after a long day at work or school. It’s just like having a cup of espresso without any caffeine—and let’s face it: who doesn’t want that?
Ingredients
- 2 oz Stoli Premium
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz fresh brewed espresso
- ½ oz simple syrup
Shake ingredients hard, over ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a few whole coffee beans.
