The Father, Son & Holy GhostGetting enough fruit and vegetables in your diet can be tough, but we have the perfect solution! The Father, Son and Holy Ghost has everything you need to cleanse both your body and your soul. A more interesting option than a Bloody Mary and perfect for those of you who prefer a savory to a sweet cocktail, this is an ideal morning after or brunch cocktail.

The holy southern vegetable trinity of peppers, celery, and onion! A perfect fit with Southern Decadence in New Orleans being only a week away!

  • 5 oz Gin
  • ¾ oz Lemon juice
  • ¾ oz red bell pepper reduction
  • 1 oz chopped celery
  • 2 sprigs basil
  • 1 cocktail onion
  • Cracked black pepper

Muddle celery, cocktail onion, and basil in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and add remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig and fresh cracked black pepper.

To make the red bell pepper reduction, place 4 oz of finely chopped fresh red bell pepper in a saucepan with 6 oz of water and 6 oz of agave nectar. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Cool. Stores for up to 2 weeks in a sterilized glass jar in the fridge.
