The Fruit Tingle Cocktail is an instantly recognizable drink because of its distinct purple colour.
It’s a popular summer or spring cocktail with a taste similar to old fruit lollies and candy. The drink’s distinct flavour and colour come from the main ingredients: curacao, grenadine, vodka, and lime soda.
Purple represents Spirit on the Pride flag. The indomitable spirit and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community. Despite the challenges and setbacks, and they have been many, the community has always stood firm together.
This year, stand Proud of who you are. Let no one intimidate or make you feel like a lesser being because of your sexuality or gender identity.
A big battle is going on out there for equality, rights and recognition. But, the biggest battle is within you. Self-acceptance is just the first step in embracing who you are. It’s not until you’re comfortable with yourself that you can start accepting and embracing others.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Stoli Vanil
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- ½ oz grenadine
- 3 oz lemon-lime soda
Add Stoli Vodka, blue curaçao, and grenadine to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with lemon-lime soda. Stir. Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple.
