Kim Petras is one of the industry’s most buzzed-about artists, currently racking up more than 400 million global streams, in part due to her debut full-length project Clarity that dominated the new Music Friday on Spotify and Apple Music’s Best of the Week playlists for 10 consecutive weeks. Her icy pop single Icy landed her on Good Morning America as part of her national debut and she followed up that feat in 2019 with a headlining sold-out tour last summer. Her international The Clarity Tour sold out at The Shrine in Los Angeles and at Avant Gardner in NYC on back to back nights.
Her first #1 Spotify Global Viral 50 bop I Don’t Want It At All broke her to a larger market, followed by the pop hit Heart to Break that launched her to Top 40 radio listeners. Opening for singer Troye Sivan on the Bloom Tour last year, Petras redefined and revived Halloween music in the Turn Off The Light project that featured collaborations with Charli XCX, Cheat Codes, MAX, Sophie, Lil Aaron and more. Next, she was featured on the Ariana Grande produced single How It’s Done for the Charlie’s Angeles soundtrack, a single that was featured on multiple billboards in New York, London, and Los Angeles as one of Spotify’s RISE artists.
