Similar to a classic daiquiri, the Martinique Cocktail has a beautiful floral flavour, with a sensational tangy twist. The tiki-inspired classic rum cocktail is a sweet and sour combination, making it a spectacular, refreshing, summer cocktail.

• ¾ oz Elderflower liqueur
• 1 ½ oz light rum
• 1 oz fresh lime juice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker half filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh lime wheel.
