Summer is finally here! Barbecues, afternoons at the beach, rooftop parties, and lazy afternoons at the cabin. However you spend your summer days, a refreshing summer cocktail is always in order. The Mint Limonata is a wonderful and refreshing summer cocktail. While limoncello is typically an after dinner treat, when shaken with Stoli Premium vodka and topped with club soda, it becomes a fantastic light sipping cocktail.
- 1 oz Stoli Premium Vodka
- 2 oz limoncello
- 2 oz club soda
Add Stoli Premium Vodka and limoncello into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
