Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups half & half
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- Green crème de menthe
In a large pot, add milk and half & half. Warm over medium heat until hot; do not boil. Stir in the white chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate melts completely.
In a warm mug, add two ounces of green crème de menthe. Top with white hot chocolate. Top with mini marshmallows.
