HomoCulture is today proud to exclusively announce 5 special guests and 3 more local artists to participate in the upcoming Virtual Drag Show – West Coast Canada how on Monday, May 18.

What is the Virtual Drag Show?

Twenty-five drag artists from British Columbia are coming together for a virtual show fundraiser – Virtual Drag Show: West Coast Canada.

Mina Mercury will host the show on Monday, May 18, 2020, at 6:00 pm PST. The diva queen is thrilled to bring together a diverse group of drag artists from Kelowna, the metro Vancouver, and Victoria. The show also brings surprise guest appearances by local and international celebrities.

The Virtual Drag Show: West Coast Canada brings together a group of talented drag artists in a virtual performance styled like a music video. The show aims to recreate the feel of the MTV Music days with hostess Mina Mercury live from her living room.

The show works on the telethon principle. COVID–-19 has greatly impacted the financial earnings for drag artists and performers. These drag performers need your help now. The virtual show attendees are encouraged to make a donation to the event Go Fund Me account. All proceeds from the show will be distributed equally among each of the artists.
