Bring Pride to your kitchen and get ready to taste the rainbow this Pride month with the mind-blowing Rainbow Paradise Pride cocktail.
The name says it all. This is paradise-level sweetness in a glass.
You’ve probably seen or tasted rainbow cakes and yogurt, but none of those come even close to the sheer refreshing qualities in a glass of this cocktail.
The Rainbow Paradise Pride cocktail combines several tropical ingredients into a layered drink with all the rainbow colours represented.
While the bottom layers in this cocktail come together nicely, the top layer tends to be the hardest.
For the perfect rainbow drink, mix 1/2 oz blue curacao with 1 oz water and pour really slowly over the yellow layer. You can do it with a spoon. If you don’t mix the curacao with some water, the blue layer will sink and ruin your cocktail.
The blue and yellow layers mix to produce a green layer, while the top blue layer maintains its colour.

Ingredients
- 1 oz grenadine
- 1 cup ice
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz water
- ½ oz blue curacao
Add grenadine to hurricane glass. Fill the glass with ice. Combine pineapple juice and rum, stir, and slowly pour into glass. Combine water and blue curacao, and slowly pour into glass. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
