Sea to Sky Martini It’s the dead middle of winter. Nothing sounds more amazing than a nice spring day, with warm sunshine, fresh air, and getting active again. While there are plenty of fun winter sports to keep you active, a spring-scented cocktail will also help get you through the winter season. Give this Sea to Sky Martini cocktail a try. You’ll love it. If you aren’t into making one yourself, head over to Grain Tasting Bar in downtown Vancouver, and they’ll mix one up for you.

  • 2 oz Gin
  • ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3 Basil Leaves
  • ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Float a smacked basil leaf in the middle of the glass.
