The best bottom bae show of appreciation comes in the form of the decadent drink, the Summer Peach. Who doesn’t love downing a fruity, refreshing highball glass full of all kinds of wonderful peach flavor? Bet your bottom that all the boys will be coming around for the Summer Peach.
Combine some whiskey, peach schnapps, bitters, lemon juice, and simple syrup for sweetness, and you’ve got the best way to beat the heat and beat your meat: The Summer Peach.
Bottoms up, bitches!
- 2 oz bourbon
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz peach schnapps
- 3 dashes bitters
- Club soda
Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and peach schnapps to an ice-filled shaker. Shake. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Add bitters and top with club soda. Garnish with a wedge of fresh peach, fresh mint sprig, and lemon wheel.
