If there is one tradition that has stood the test of time, it is Christmas cookies. Growing up, sugar cookies were a staple during the festive season. Remember how you’d show up at Grandma’s and spend the holiday cutting out festive shapes and decorating the cookies once they were baked? Good old times.
How about we add a little twist to the sugar cookies by turning them into a cocktail? Instead of eating the cookies, you enjoy them in a drink. It sure sounds like a great idea especially for y’all sweet tooths. The sugar cookie cocktail is an equally sweet and boozy drink that tastes exactly like it sounds.
This sweet, creamy, rich beverage has a delicate vanilla flavor topped off with a rim dipped in icing and sprinkles. So delicious is the cocktail that one could end up forgetting it has alcohol in it. It’s the perfect dessert cocktail that allows you to sugar cookie like an adult.
- 1 oz Stoli Vanil
- 1 oz vanilla Irish cream
- 2 oz half-and-half
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Pour into a sprinkle-rimmed martini glass.
